Frequently Asked Questions

What is "Vector art"?

For our purposes, there are essentially 2 types of digital images - "raster" and "vector". Raster images are made up of pixels (or tiny squares) of color or shading. Instead of pixels, vector graphics use objects and lines (shapes) to represent images. Vector files can be scaled to any size without losing quality. Vector art is also known as "line art". It is very easy to convert a vector image into a raster image, but it is not easy to convert a raster image into a vector image due to the jagged edges of the pixels. The vector image must be created in a Vector Art Program such as CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator.

Can I bring in my own items to be embroidered or screen printed?

Absolutely. We have a pricing structure in place for this very occurrence. There are restrictions on heirloom pieces and items of very high value.

Can I bring in my own items to be engraved?

Absolutely. There are limitations to objects we can engrave and the methods that can be used to engrave them. We offer laser and rotary engraving and can engrave on flat surfaces only. There are restrictions on heirloom pieces and items of high value. We suggest you bring in your item(s) and let us take a look at them to determine if they are engravable.

Do you accept checks?

We do not accept personal checks due to fraudulent behavior, but we will accept organizational checks.

What is your turnaround time for t-shirts?

Once the artwork is finalized and you place the order, your shirts will be printed and ready for pick-up within 3-5 days. We will accommodate your event schedule if you need them by a particular date and time. Just let us know on the front end.

What is your minimum order for t-shirts?

We do not have a minimum order for t-shirts. We have the ability to handle a one shirt order as easily as a large order.

When is payment due?

Payment is due when you place your order unless other arrangements have been made. If you are with a school, church or other organization and can provide a PO # or other proof of your authorization to order on behalf of the organization, we will issue a Sales Order upon order placement. Once your order is complete, we will give you an Invoice to turn in to your financial secretary, bookkeeper or treasurer for payment. If it is a new account, you will be asked to provide a credit card number so we can begin processing the order.

How do I apply my decal? How do I remove my decal?

Applying and removing the decal for the windshield of your car is relatively easy. We have made a step-by-step instruction sheet for you that can be printed off or viewed here. <DECAL APPLICATION SHEET>  If you are still having trouble, come by the shop and Todd will take care of it for you.

Do you buy back old trophies or take them back if I bring them in?

No, we don't, but there is a huge use for old trophies and kids out there that would love to get them. We suggest contacting Youth Villages and making a donation to this very worthwhile and positive organization. They are making a difference in the lives of young people.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Any pre-printed, in-stock item is returnable within 30 days of purchase if it has not been worn or washed. No custom item is returnable at any time under any circumstance for any reason.
